The products are already assembled?

Most of our products are delivered packed in boxes and need installation, which is a simple task. Instructions are provided in a digital form or manual inside the package.

Is possible to create a custom RIG with Lacertosus® standards based on my drawing?

The  Lacertosus® RIGS are TUV certified, this means we cannot modify the design because this will change the structural rigidity and the warranty. In some rare cases (very small changes) we can comply and adapt to your requirements, just give us an idea on what’s on your mind and we will handle it accordingly. However you can use our configurator in order to make your own custom RIG!

Are supplements available on the Lacertosus® catalog?

Nope, Lacertosus® is completely dedicated to the production of Training Equipment and complementary accessories. However there are plenty of stores for that, why mess with the rest? :)

I saw a product but it seems it is out of stock, when will it be available?

If a product is out of stock and we don't have a definitive answer about when it will be available again, we offer the possibility to subscribe to our waiting list of the product. As soon as it will be available again, we will notify you.

However, we know that there are products that can't be waited for, in this case we will show you a range of alternatives so that you can know substitutes that have the same main features. 

We update the stock in 24h on average, unless there are manufacturing flaws or the product is out of print. 

The stock state can be seen in every product page and is updated in real time.

If a product is not available, is still possible to order this?

It may happen that a product is not available, this happens for a number of reasons, mostly one of these:

a) The warehouse stock had not been correctly synchronized with the website

b) The products is arriving

c) The product is only available on request (mostly, custom products and bigger RIGS)

When this happens, the solutions are:

a) Wait for the arrival (it should not take long)

b) Change the product with another of similar or superior quality (without paying any price difference)

c) Get a refund (in case the payment had already been made)

What does “Available on request” means?

This means that the product is made once we received the confirmation of your order, the waiting times varies based on the product. (for some custom Rigs this is mandatory), however it should not be more than 2 weeks.
