Orders

1.How can I place an order?

To place an order, you have to add the desired items to the cart, once you decide which items you want to buy, you can go on clicking on the button shopping cart (at the top on the right) and on the button checkout. Once the checkout page is open, you have to fill in your personal data for shipment and invoicing (the data appear automatically if you have logged in or you are a customer already registered) and click on the button “I confirm my order” (down on the right). Our one-page checkout is simple and very effective in avoiding confusion and making the entire process as fast and carefree as possible. In case you need help, just get in touch with our staff!

2.I do not have a gym or training center, nor am I a Trainer, can use still use the website and buy products?

Off course you can! Our online store is opened to everybody who wants to take their personal training seriously.

3.I can modify or cancel my order?

It is not possible to add or remove items if you have already completed your order. If you forgot to buy any product, you can make an additional purchase. Also, remember that products purchased on our site can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

4.is possible to buy directly in the store?

Off course! we would love to have you in our store and it’s totally worth it! more than 500 square meters of quality training equipment divided in various sections: CrossTraining, Calisthenics, Functional Training, WL | PL, MMA Training and a Specialized section as well for Home-Gyms). Our biggest how-room is available at the HQ in Parma, Italy. Our opening hours are:

Monday - Friday: 9.00 - 18.00 (no breaks)

Saturday: 10.00 - 13.00

5.My order hasn't arrived yet

If your order hasn't arrived, it could be for different reasons. Verify the estimated delivery date and the state of the order in your account. You can verify it also from the order confirmation e-mail that you received.

Your order has not left the warehouse yet

Once your order will leave our warehouse, you will receive an email with the link so that you can track the shipment state.

In case the delivery deadline has been exceeded and you haven't received your order yet, we will contact you soon. Anyway, if you have any doubt you can always contact us.

My order is in processing state

If your order appears in processing state is because our team is preparing it for the shipment. The order can be processed for a period between 1-10 days depending on your purchase and, if it exceeds 10 days, you will be contacted from our team to fix the problem. Control your e-mail box, you will have certainly already received a message from us. In any case, you can contact us if you wish. Once your order will leave our warehouse, we will send you an e-mail with the link so that you can track the state of the shipment.

Your order is shipping

In this case it means that you are about to receive it. Check your e-mail box because you will find the code for tracking the shipment.

Your order can be delivered in the following time: 8:00 - 20:00 from Monday to Friday (holidays excluded).

6.Your order hasn't left the warehouse yet

Once your order will leave our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link so that you can trace the state of your shipping. 

In case the delivery deadline is exceeded and you haven't received your order yet, we will soon contact you. In any event, if you have doubts you can always contact us.

7.My order is still processing 

If your order appears in the processing state is because our team is preparing it for the shipping. The order can be processed for 1-10 days depending on your purchase and, if it exceeds 10 days, you will be contacted by our team to fix the problem. Check your email, you will have certainly received a message from us. In any case, if you prefer you can contact us. Once your order will leave our warehouse, we will send you an e-mail with the link so that you can trace the shipping state.

8.Your order is shipping 

In this case it means that you are about to receive it. Check your e-mail box because you will find the code for tracking the shipping.

Your order can be delivered in the following time: 8:00 - 20:00 from Monday to Friday (holidays excluded).

9.I don't see my order history

In order to see your order history the registration is required.

10.I received a product that is slightly* different then the picture I saw online, what should I do?

If this happens just drop us a short e-mail with your problem and we will try and solve the issue as soon as possible.

*Just keep in mind that some products may change design (slightly) in case we think it’s for the better, in this case we do not accept complains, at the end of the day it’s a better product.
