Train wherever and whenever you want. This is one of the mantras of bodyweight training, it is not the only one. All activities that do not require special equipment, or rather, that do not involve the use of weights or gym machines are brought together under this umbrella. It is therefore matter of economic workouts, varied, independently of the place, that mainly exploit our own body weight - in this sense, the exercises that can be done on the bar or on the wall bars are exemplary. An integral part, not to say essential, of any functional training, with free body workouts it is possible to both lose fat mass and develop muscle mass, as well as increase agility, speed, endurance and coordination. Another advantage of doing bodyweight workouts lies in the fact that the muscles are used in a complex way, with plurilateral stimuli that, with normal gym machines, are rarely possible. The disadvantage of bodyweight training is obviously within the limits of muscle development: the mass can certainly increase by doing squats, tractions and bends, but it is certainly not possible to reach the same levels guaranteed by weight lifting. The secret, however, is not to focus only on one type of workout! But what are the accessories for bodyweight training on our gym tools e-commerce?
Bars, parallels and gym rings
Those who love bodyweight training are also attracted to the fact that they can do it anywhere. Among the less bulky and more useful accessories when it comes to the gym there are certainly hand grips, that is, hand grippers: cheap, light and resistant, they can be used anywhere, to strengthen forearms, hands and fingers. We offer them at different voltage levels, from 45 kilograms to 136 kilograms, with non-slip grip. Still here, you can find a wide selection of bars for wall traction: normal bars for simple pull-ups or multiple-grip bars to vary the grip from time to time, ideal for a truly complete Home Gym making the most of the available space. And again, here you can find gymnastic rings, with included straps, as well as one of the fundamental and most classic allies of free-body training, or the parallel, stable and safe, both distinct and united (Dip Station). There are wall bars as well, that differ however - in terms of used materials and design - from any other wall bar on the market, to be used also in combination with training ropes, rubber bands, rings and hirts.
