Delivery and shipping
Requests EXTRA (extra charge):
- Delivery to the floor - the courier will deliver the package to the floor. Please contact us first, as the price varies according to weight. We do not deliver to floors if you do not agree with our customer service in advance.
- The shipping cost is calculated automatically in the order.
Insurance of goods during the transport
The goods are always assured. Lacertosus SRL is not responsible for deterioration, damage, delays and damages of any kind that may occur during transport. It is up to the buyer to perform appropriate checks of the merchandise and submit claims directly to the carrier upon receipt by specific reserves on the delivery of the courier (“Accept the goods with reserve”).
If no one is at the time of delivery the courier will leave a paper note and will retry the next two days the delivery of your product.
Even these failed attempts the goods will return to Bartolini branch, then the goods remain in storage, for which you pay a penalty equal to 30 Euros.
We advise you to check the boxes before signing. If you have any doubts accepted "WITH RESERVE", otherwise, in case of problems, we cannot make the repayment.
Usually all orders are delivered within 24-72 hours after order confirmation and payment received.
The time for processing of an order are 24 - 48h (in addition to delivery time).
In the case of some products ordered aren't immediately available, you will be contacted by our customer service department to find alternatives or agree to deferred delivery.
Delivery times are indicative and not binding which in any case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances Lacertosus SRL will not be held responsible for the delay of delivery.
Shipments are made by the courier TNT, UPS or transporter for greater weights.
