How much are the shipping costs?

EXTRA requests (for a fee):

Delivery to the Plan - the courier will deliver the package to the floor. Contact us first, as the price varies based on weight. We do not deliver to the floors unless agreed with our customer service in advance.

Delivery by appointment (+15 euros) - The courier will contact you by telephone to fix the day of delivery. NB - the precise time for delivery is not fixed (unless the goods are delivered directly by our internal courier).

Goods insurance during transit

The goods always travel insured. Lacertosus SRL is not responsible for deterioration, damage, delays and damage of any kind that may occur during transport.

It is up to the purchaser to carry out the appropriate checks on the goods and send complaints to the carrier directly upon receipt, by means of a precise reservation on the courier delivery note (accepting the goods with reserve).

Delivery

If no one is present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a paper notice and will try to deliver your product again within two days. If these attempts also fail, the goods will return to the courier branch, then go into stock, for which a fine of € 31 + VAT is paid. If you think there can be no one at home, leave a note before concluding the order so that the courier can leave the goods to a neighbor or family member, (so we avoid the goods ending up in stock).

We advise you to check the packages before signing, if you have any doubts accept "WITH RESERVE", otherwise, in case of problems, we cannot make the refund!

After delivery you have 10 days to check the material and to contact us in case of any problem (example: missing items, not suitable, etc.)

Delivery time

The time for preparing an order is 2-5 days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). After preparation, generally all orders are delivered in Italy within 5 working days from the order confirmation and a payment is received. Tracking will be sent via e-mail to monitor the status of the shipment.

In the event that some ordered products are not immediately available you will be contacted by our customer service to find alternatives or arrange deferred deliveries.

Delivery times are to be considered indicative and not binding, therefore in any case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances Lacertosus SRL will not be held responsible for the delay in delivery.

Shipments are made by courier Bartolini, Arco Spedizioni, Meditrans, Fercam (for national shipments).
