In the case of an order consisting partly of items ready for immediate delivery and partly of pre-order items, the in-stock products will be shipped within the standard timeframes, while pre-order items will be shipped only once they are restocked.

Lacertosus SRL recognizes the buyer's right to withdrawal.
The customer may exercise this right within 14 business days of receiving the goods.
A withdrawal declaration must be sent via registered letter.
According to Article 59(c) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for products made to the customer's specifications.
Returns are the responsibility and at the expense of the buyer.
Goods must be properly packaged and returned in the same condition as received.
