You probably know this already: most people practicing Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and Fitness tend to increase the weight they lift too quickly. And this excessive pace shouldn’t be understood solely in terms of time. Sometimes the leap in weight happens over a very short period. But other times, the jump is simply too large!
