half rack proThe Half Rack PRO Set 1 is the right combination for your training sessions: the robust base body of the Half Rack with the addition of safety bars and adjustable traction bar represents a complete training station ideal in home and garage gyms. The concept of modularity at the base of the PRO range will also allow you, in the future, to complete your half rack thanks to the numerous specifically designed accessories, making it unique and perfect for your workout sessions.
Here is the data of the set with the traction bar:
- Minimum height of the beam: 200 cm (overall dimensions of the structure 205 cm)
- Maximum height of the beam: 335 cm (overall dimensions of the structure 340 cm)
- Traction bar width: 105 cm allows you to have a wide grip and to use optional accessories such as rings and Suspension Training.
- 32mm diameter handle, ideal for most exercises.
The PR-P-SA safety bars will allow you to perform all exercises with the barbell in complete safety, their installation is quick and easy, no tools are required and changing height is very fast.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
The Adjustable Pull-Up Bar must be installed inside the poles before attaching the latter to the base of the Half Rack.
Pay particular attention during the assembly phase to the reciprocal movement between the inner and outer tubular, danger of shearing! Do not work with the poles positioned vertically: always work in a horizontal position and never insert your fingers into the holes.
WARNING: The beam is adjustable only during installation, there is no variation of the extension during use as for safety reasons it is fixed by means of bolts.
IMPORTANT: Half Rack SET1 must be firmly anchored to the ground in case the traction bar is used for dynamic exercises typical of calisthenics or in any case when the bar exceeds 2.5mt in height from the ground.
