LCT-AB01 is the indispensable accessory to fully train the abdominal band: it allows you to stimulate the superficial muscles and the deeper bands. A regular use of the abdominal wheel improves posture, with significant benefits for the well-being of the body.
The structure is particularly robust with the wheel covered in soft rubber, it allows the use on multiple surfaces: rubberized floor, tiles, cement, parquet... you can easily take it with you to workout when on vacation or outdoors.
LCT-AB01 includes the abdominal wheel, the knee protection mat and the aluminum alloy collars for customization.
Usage tips:
If you approach the ab core wheel for the first time, we suggest you start by resting on your knees (you can use the mat included in the package for greater comfort) and a limited range of movement compared to the maximum extension you could reach. To limit the excursion you can help yourself with references on the ground or by standing in front of a wall.
As you proceed with the workouts and you will increase your ability, you will be able to increase the range of movement and move to the support on the toes, thus increasing the difficulty and intensity of your workouts.
During the exercises with the abdominal wheel it is important to maintain a correct posture with contracted abdominal muscles and avoiding excessive back-arching (avoid hyperlordosis!)
