The innovative multi-grip design makes these plates extremely functional, perfect for training in Home Gyms and Functional Training Studios, flawless combination with the Clubline equipment and their plate loading linchpins. PRO GRIP plates can be loaded on all olympic barbells (50mm loading diameter).
Created in casted iron coated with high quality rubber and a stainless steel center ring, the PRO GRIP plates are thin and practical thanks to the handles (from the 10Kg size) that make them particularly comfortable to use during training session: lunges, bust rotation, sit-ups or seated French press.

Utilizzandoli in un contesto di "home gym" sono l'ideale per chi non possiede un pavimento ammortizzato.
L'altissima qualità dei materiali rende agevole l'utilizzo dei dischi anche per esercizi a corpo libero con sovraccarico (ottimo sistema di grip)
