A super-equipped set consisting of 6 elastic bands (depending on the packaging you want, available with 2 different intensities), carabiners, tapes that can be gripped at the ends and covered with fabric, can be used in series and in parallel, pair of handles and anklets, rope numbered by the thickness of 50mm and belt for the pelvis, a sponge-covered bar for a practically infinite range of exercises.

The idea of the H.I.R.T.S. system came to Ivan Ivanov in 1999 while working with young wrestlers from Salt Lake City - Utah; further developed while working as a wrestler's coach at the Olympic Training and Education Center in Marquette, Michigan.
Initially, the system was developed for pushing and pulling exercises for the upper and lower limbs, with time, from 1999 to today, the H.I.R.T.S. has undergone significant developments and has been completed with the range of accessories available today that allow complete conditioning and strengthening for the whole body.
