To access our online store you will be asked to insert your e-mail and password that you chose at the moment of registration. If you have problems to start the session, verify that both information are correct.
If the e-mail address is correct and you keep on having problems to access your account, we suggest you to reset the password. To do this, above the password box you can find a link that says: "Have you forgotten your password?". You will be prompted for your user e-mail and there we will send you the instructions to set the new one.

Please note that our staff cannot give you your password because this is not stored in our database, the password need to be reset by you. Once you did this, you will receive a new temporary password by e-mail (we advise to change it).
