I can't access my account, what can I do?

To access our online store you will be asked to insert your e-mail and password that you chose at the moment of registration. If you have problems to start the session, verify that both information are correct. 

If the e-mail address is correct and you keep on having problems to access your account, we suggest you to reset the password. To do this, above the password box you can find a link that says: "Have you forgotten your password?". You will be prompted for your user e-mail and there we will send you the instructions to set the new one. 

If you came this far and you keep on having problems to access your account, contact our Customer care team and we will try to identify and solve the problem.

I lost my password!

In case you lost your password, the recovery procedure is very simple: just click on Account > Forgot your password? and just follow the instructions. Please note that our staff cannot give you your password because this is not stored in our database, the password need to be reset by you. Once you did this, you will receive a new temporary password by e-mail (we advise to change it).

How does the   wish-list   works?

Your wish-list comes handy when you want to save certain products for later or just sent this list via e-mail. It’s a handy tool to have in case you want to keep everything organized or simply divid your list (For example: "Home-Gym personal list" "Office Training for december" "Holiday gifts" etc.)

How do I create an account?

In order to create a new account, you just need to insert your e-mail (a valid e-mail address), once this is done just fill in your details so we will know where to bill and ship your products.  in order to start and enjoy the full experience on our website the creation of a new account is mandatory, but is worth it in order to:

a) Have the complete chronology of your orders, reorder with a simple click and follow the messages that were sent and received for your orders, all in a very simple yet functional manner  :)

b) Use the wishlist

c) Ask for quotations and save these in your account, you can open these anytime you want*

d) Download your invoices or credit notes

e) Checking your vouchers or bonus credits you may have

f) Configure your own RIG, container or multi-rack! (and this is cool!)

*In order to ask for a quotation, the amount is 1500 euros+vat

Do I need to create a new account in order to use the website?

The creation of an account is mandatory in order to have the possibilities to make orders on our website and get the full experience at 100% (using the configuratore, the wish-list, asking for personalized quotes, etc.). You won't regret it! :)
