Please note that our staff cannot give you your password because this is not stored in our database, the password need to be reset by you. To place an order, you have to add the desired items to the cart, once you decide which items you want to buy, you can go on clicking on the button shopping cart (at the top on the right) and on the button checkout. Once the checkout page is open, you have to fill in your personal data for shipment and invoicing (the data appear automatically if you have logged in or you are a customer already registered) and click on the button “I confirm my order” (down on the right). Please allow 3-5 working days for your shipping (estimate for Europe); check your tracking number in order to see the actual location of the package and get in touch with the courier in case you suspect something is wrong. Tracking numbers are numbers given to packages when they are shipped to their location. Tracking numbers are useful for knowing the location of time sensitive deliveries or simply to know how long do you need to wait in order to start your training :)
Shipping fee varies based on total weight and volume of your order, usually is calculated automatically, just check your shopping cart in order to see the amount. In case of extra deliveries (more than 4 pallets, extra dimensions etc.) we will calculate this for you based on destination as well, usually we use this for the quotations (entire gyms, Personal Home Gyms, etc.) in order to get you the best possible price.
Is good to know that we only charge the minimum* of extra for handling and packaging, this way we make sure everything gets safe and sound to your door.

When can I return a product?
You can return the articles in their original state within 14 days after their receipt.
The product to return has to be in the original factory condition, that is in the same box, well sealed and inside another box or bag, so that the carrier doesn't put the label on the product.
Any anomaly or flaw in the package or the product may cause the cancellation of the refund.
In the absence of the original packaging, Lacertosus reserves the right to cancel 40% of the value of the object from the refund amount. Any anomaly or defect in the product could result in the cancellation of the refund of the amount.
Cost of return
In Italy and abroad, the shipping costs for returns are charged to the customer and must be made by express courier.
How can I proceed with the return?
Pack all the products in a safe way so that they won't be damaged.
Print and put the completed return form inside the package.
