How long it takes to submit a return

Consider that depending on the transport company that you choose, the package takes between 2 to 5 days to arrive to our installations. Once arrived, we will need a maximum of 5 days for all the controls, for this reason for a return it can take maximum 15 days.

Once the return is done, we will notify you the result and we will proceed to make the refund of the corresponding part.

How can I return an article?

When can I return a product? 

You can return the articles in their original state within 14 days after their receipt. 

The product to return has to be in the original factory condition, that is in the same box, well sealed and inside another box or bag, so that the carrier doesn't put the label on the product.

Any anomaly or flaw in the package or the product may cause the cancellation of the refund.

In the absence of the original packaging, Lacertosus reserves the right to cancel 40% of the value of the object from the refund amount. Any anomaly or defect in the product could result in the cancellation of the refund of the amount.

Cost of return

In Italy and abroad, the shipping costs for returns are charged to the customer and must be made by express courier.

How can I proceed with the return?

Pack all the products in a safe way so that they won't be damaged.

Print and put the completed return form inside the package. 

For the shipping contact the transport company you prefer and indicate the name and address of the sender of our logistical installations

Time for the refund

The time limit for receiving the refund of the outstanding amount is of maximum 14 days from the moment of the cancellation/change. If it is a return you have to consider that our warehouse has to confirm that the returned product is in the same conditions in which it was when received by the customer.

Have you received my return?

If it is a return it must be taken into account that first our warehouse must confirm that the returned product is in the same condition in which it was received by the customer. Once the return has been made, we will notify you of the result and proceed to issue a refund of the corresponding part.

They didn't take my return

If the transport agency didn't pass from your home within 48 hours from the confirmation of your refund, contact our Customer service.
