Perfetto e preciso, ideale per chi, come me, ha una particolare fragilità nella parte alta su esercizi di spinta come la panca piana. Permette di aumentare leggermente i carichi senza stressare eccessivamente le articolazioni; inoltre si abbina perfettamente ai bumpers "classici" ed essedo gommato in tutta la sua superficie, se si è abbastanza simmetrici, può aiutare a bloccare ulteriormente i bumpers che lo seguono, permettendoci quasi la chiccheria di non usare i collari di serraggio.
