Kettlebell Russian Black 16 kg

Muscle Strengthening and Cardiovascular Conditioning in one thing
Lacertosus® Russian Black Kettlebells allow you to perform a comprehensive workout. They have become an essential tool for Cross Training practitioners, and thanks to the meticulous craftsmanship, they are the top choice for boxes across Italy and Europe. This certainly doesn't mean they aren't excellent for Home Gyms; on the contrary, it's essential to remember that due to the versatility of exercises possible with kettlebells, they should also be part of home workouts.

Shape and Design
First and foremost, they are black, with an appealing design and unique finishes. These are cast iron weights, cast in a single piece, with minimal weight cutting tolerance and a handle shape specifically designed to promote a stable and secure grip, even during the most extreme WODs.

Weights and Attention to Detail
To distinguish between different weights, there's firstly the prominently engraved weight on the kettlebell body, and for quick identification, colored bands at both ends of the handle. Once again, Lacertosus® meticulous attention to detail is evident. Our Russian Black Kettlebells are the result of 10 years of research and development, ensuring you only have the best kettlebells in your hands.

Training with Kettlebells
If you want to improve your performance and muscle tone, Russian Black Kettlebells are an urgent necessity that you can't postpone any longer. If you're just starting your kettlebell exercises, we recommend choosing a weight suitable for your fitness level and opting for basic exercises to familiarize yourself with this new tool (which stands out for its more 'challenging' grip compared to dumbbells). You should start with classic kettlebell swings, starting from the squat position, swinging the kettlebell up to eye level, and repeating the exercise several times. Another simple and effective exercise is the deadlift with the kettlebell. Slightly more complex is the Clean and Press with Kettlebell, which requires explosive movements and some coordination: it's much better to start with light kettlebells to learn how to use them effectively.
