Thanks to the different working heights that can be achieved with the Elite Jerk Block 125cm, it is possible to perform a great variety of exercises with the barbell: from the deadlift, typical of Powerlifting, both traditional deadlifts and for sumo deadlifts to the Weightlifting low suspension and all the intermediate phases typical of Olympic Weightlifting. Reaching the 125cm maximum height, it is possible to use the Elite Jerk Block as a support base for the military press as well.
