Excellent grip & Resistence
Our plates are made by CNC machining and significantly increase the grip thanks to the epoxy powder coating, which offers long resistance over time. We have created mono-sided plates with raised edge which guarantees excellent grip during handling, increased thanks to the microporous surface. All this attention has only one purpose: to guarantee your peace of mind during use, with safe and easy-to-handle plates.

The epoxy powder painting is also called "fire" or "oven", obtained by sprinkling the plates with colored pigment in the form of powder, thanks to an electrostatic charge the powder adheres firmly to the piece forming a uniform layer. In the subsequent passage of the pieces in a special oven, the dust melts creating a resistant protective layer that adheres perfectly to the plate. The epoxy paint is particularly resistant to abrasion, it remains beautiful over time, just what you are looking for when you buy plates designed to last a life of intense training.

Powerlifting Calibrated Plates
Calibrated PLSpace-saving and perfectly calibrated
Lacertosus® Olympic plates dedicated to Powerlifting, perfect in all situations in which an accurate weight and space-saving are required on the barbell. The Powerlifting Calibrated Plates are manufactured with tight weight tolerances. Each plate at the end of production is weighed individually and calibrated to the precise weight thanks to the intake of the exact material quantity inside the cavities visible on the back of the plate. The cavities are sealed after the calibration process in order for the extra weight not to be removed.
Powerlifting Standards Sizes
The Powerlifting Calibrated Plates are made in the standard sizes of PL: 1.25 - 2.5 - 5 - 10 - 15 - 20 - 25 Kg, as per IPF regulation the 20kg and 25kg have an external diameter of 450mm. The whole range is compatible with Olympic barbell bars with a 50mm loading diameter and with OB20 modular dumbbells. When Powerlifting Metal Plates are used for exercises that involve contact with the ground, such as detachment from the ground, rubber floors with a minimum thickness of 20mm must be used.
