The R3-J are barbell holders (J-cup/J-hook) designed for heavy-duty use on Rig 3.0. They are engineered to make setup faster, safer, and more durable, thanks to a patented magnetic system and an advanced structure that truly protects your barbell during racking and unracking.
Specifications and Benefits
Patented magnetic system: keeps the hook more stable and “in position”, reducing micro-movements and increasing safety during barbell placement and grip phases.
Composite metal + nylon structure: two metal layers wrap around a very thick nylon core for a more solid and controlled support compared to traditional j-cups with thin plates.
Barbell protection
The nylon part of the hook protrudes slightly to prevent metal-to-metal contact and preserve finishes and knurling.
Interchangeable nylon insert: the wear-prone part is easy to replace, ensuring quick maintenance and a longer product lifespan.
