In this section, the Axle Bar, also known as the Fat Bar or Apollon Axle, stands out. It is essential for Strongman training, with a 50 mm grip diameter, just like the loading sleeves, providing a unique grip experience.
Fat Bar, Shrug Bar, and Safety Squat Bar
Barbells are typically straight, but the introduction of the Curl Bar, created by Lewis George Dymeck after World War II, revolutionized arm training by reducing wrist strain. This section also includes short and chrome Olympic barbells, 150 and 180 cm long, with a maximum load capacity of 250 kg. To vary the grip during Strongman training, the Multi Training Bar offers a wide range of possibilities. For an alternative in deadlifts, the Shrug Bar, a hex bar for deadlifts, allows the exercise to be performed in a more ergonomic position.
