IL MIGLIOR COMPAGNO PER LO SQUAT BULGARO
Lo squat bulgaro è uno di quegli esercizi che chi si allena in una home gym come la mia, priva cioè di macchinari isotonici, è quasi obbligato a fare se vuole allenare le gambe in maniera efficace.
Bene... Fare lo squat bulgaro cercando l'appoggio del collo del piede (che sta dietro) su una panca, su un box plyometrico o su un altro supporto d'emergenza è una cosa. Farlo, invece, sul Roller per il Power Rack è tutta un'altra cosa.
