The Monolift hooks with Self-Spotting function are ideal for those who want to exceed the limit: thanks to the Self-Spotting mechanism during the squat, the walk-out from the supports is avoided starting from the lift's exact set-up. For the bench, the advantages are even more evident: you detach the barbell exactly at the starting point without straining the shoulders: once the barbell has been lifted, it's the Monolift that moves away leaving you the necessary space to train; at the end you will simply need to bring the barbell slightly towards your head and safely place it on the supports.
Mainly designed for those who train alone and would like to feel the maximum comfort, the Monolift during the installation allows an accurate barbell height adjustment by varying the fixing hole of the mobile lever and perfectly adapting to your own preferences.
Once the barbell has been raised, the mobile levers will quickly move away just enough to perform the lift in total safety; thanks to the rubber stoppers, the levers will not make any unpleasat noise.
We suggest the external installation on the Half Rack and Power Rack Pro along with the Safety Arms to make the most out of your equipment and push your training session to the limit in total safety.
The barbell rests on the plastic supports in order to avoid direct metal-to-metal contacts, allowing to protect the knurling and bar surface.

For the PRO line, there are 4 available types of barbell supports:
PR-P-J: the hook with barbell-sized accommodation: it is characterized by the precise positioning of the barbell and a reduced exit step: a few centimeters of lifting the barbell are enough to overcome the step and exit the supports. Given the particularly compact dimensions, they were chosen as standard equipment for the Foldable Rack.
PR-P-JP: PRO hooks are the most versatile and have been chosen as the default hook for PRO Power Rack and Half Rack PRO. They are characterized by having a wide barbell loading mouth, this condition is especially useful for chrono workouts.
PR-P-JD:the deluxe hooks are characterized by having a precise positioning of the bar and the possibility to move the bar axially on the supports to position it perfectly at the center of the rack with ease even when it is heavily loaded. These are the most requested barbell hooks by those who practice powerlifting.
PR-P-JM: with the MONOLIFT hooks we go far beyond a simple barbell support: the mechanism of the automatic release Monolift hooks simplifies the execution of many exercises allowing you to start in a comfortable and physiological position (think of the benchpress). During the squat they avoid the challenging and destabilizing phase of the walk-out by allowing you to perform the lift without walking off the rack. Just lift the bar and the hooks will move back a few centimeters, enough to allow you to perform the lift at the end of which you just have to bring the bar against the hooks to replace it and find it in the starting position for the next set. Ideal for those who train alone.

Niente da ridire. Acquisto eccelso. Aiutano veramente tantissimo ed evitano tutti quei movimenti per la messa in set corretta che vanno a caricare articolazioni come la spalla o la camminata da squat... per chi si allena da solo, sicuramente un investimento da fare

Ho ordinato questo modello perchè quelli a V che mi sono arrivati con il power rack non mi piacevano; lasciavano sul bilanciere un leggero strato di nero. Questi sono molto meglio.
