We of Lacertosus absolutely not and for this reason we created the best technical plates on the market: in 2.5kg and 5kg sizes.
They adapt to all olympic barbells with a 50mm loading diamater and allow to better learn the Weightlifting techniques.
Why should you choose these plates?
Because with an extremely reduced weight they solidly support the barbell bringing it to the regulation height and are resistant to the point of allowing the athlete to drop the barbell at the end of the raise.
We listened to the technicians' needs and athlete's experiences in the Weightlifting world and younger people's: many were asking us for a light plate that made the barbell stable and at the right height, allowing the athlete to drop the tool at the end of the raise or in case of necessity.

Un po’ uno sfizio, visto il prezzo, ma qualità ottima. Con l’omologa da 5 kg e il bilanciere in alluminio è il kit perfetto per allenare i piccoletti.
