In case you lost your password, the recovery procedure is very simple: just click on Account > Forgot your password? and just follow the instructions. Please note that our staff cannot give you your password because this is not stored in our database, the password need to be reset by you. Once you did this, you will receive a new temporary password by e-mail (we advise to change it).

To place an order, you have to add the desired items to the cart, once you decide which items you want to buy, you can go on clicking on the button shopping cart (at the top on the right) and on the button checkout. Once the checkout page is open, you have to fill in your personal data for shipment and invoicing (the data appear automatically if you have logged in or you are a customer already registered) and click on the button “I confirm my order” (down on the right). Our one-page checkout is simple and very effective in avoiding confusion and making the entire process as fast and carefree as possible. The  Lacertosus® RIGS are TUV certified, this means we cannot modify the design because this will change the structural rigidity and the warranty. In some rare cases (very small changes) we can comply and adapt to your requirements, just give us an idea on what’s on your mind and we will handle it accordingly. However you can use our configurator in order to make your own custom RIG!
