You probably know it too: most people who practice Weightlifiting, Powerlifiting and Fitness tend to increase the load lifted too quickly. And this excessive speed, it must be said, should not be understood only in terms of time. Sometimes the jump doesn't just come in too short a time. No, sometimes the jump is simply too long! Many, to improve their performance in Weightlifiting and Powerlifiting, suddenly add 5 or even 10 kilogram discs, thus suddenly finding themselves raising 10 or 20 kilograms more than what was their habit. But is this really the best way to advance in the discipline? In the opinion of many experts, absolutely not. Yet, in many cases these weight jumps are the only possible way, for the simple fact that the gym to which you are addressing or your own Home Gym do not have discs weighing less than 5 or even 10 kilograms. How is it possible in this case to make smaller jumps? There is only one solution: small discs! We speak of course of the microcarichi, or of all those small weights for barbells inferior to the 5 kilograms. We therefore speak of a 250 gram, 500 gram, 750 gram, 1 kilogram, 1.25 kilogram, 2 kilogram and 2.5 kilogram dish.
