Increased capacity: beyond the weight stack limit

The standard weight stack of the Cable Column goes up to 95 kg (increments of 4.5 kg). With R3-CC-RBH you can increase the total load by adding resistance bands and achieve higher resistance compared to the stack alone.

Auxotonic load: progressive tension, superior stimulus

Using resistance bands creates a progressive resistance: it increases as the exercise progresses. This auxotonic load increases tension throughout the entire ROM (range of motion), making the stimulus more complete and the workout more effective.

Immediate and intuitive setup
