If you are starting your first exercises with ghirie these days, we advise you to choose a weight suitable for your physical shape and choose easy exercises, to become familiar with this new gym tool (which, it must be said, founds its utility precisely on the fact of having a more 'demanding' handle than the handlebars). You should therefore start with the classic kettlebell swings, which consist of bringing - starting from the squat position - the ghiria to eye level, repeating the exercise several times. Another simple and effective exercise is the deadlift - or deadlift - with the kettlebell. Slightly more complex is the Clean and Press with Kettlebell, which requires explosive movements and some coordination: much better, therefore, to start with light circles to learn every single step properly!
