The Wishbone’s anti-tip fin, designed to fit into the Landmine Stand’s innovative Y-groove, makes loading the Wishbone simple and secure, allowing you to start your exercise from an optimal position without the risk of injury or equipment tipping over.

WARNING:
Since this product is designed for use with a landmine attachment, exercise trajectories follow a diagonal path, unlike the vertical movement typical of a barbell. Before starting any workout or performing exercises with added weight, it’s crucial to become familiar with the equipment, its setup, and the biomechanics of the chosen exercise. To better adapt to this trajectory, we recommend using the new squat block pro (#SB-E).

When using the Wishbone with the Landmine Stand, ensure that the Wishbone’s fin is securely inserted into the Y-groove of the stand during loading. Additionally, weights must always be loaded symmetrically on both sleeves (e.g., it’s not allowed to load two 15 kg bumpers on one sleeve while leaving the other empty).

If you choose to move the Landmine Stand using its handle and wheels while loaded with all its accessories, you must remove the barbell from its dedicated storage sleeve before proceeding. The storage sleeve is designed solely for holding the barbell when the stand is properly positioned on the ground.
