In addition to the Power Rack, the heart of every home and garage gym, Extreme Set includes 2-32Kg selector dumbbells, the appreciated 220cm barbell, the robust LAB professional adjustable bench, a pair of rubber bands to work at variable loads or help you with the tractions and 200kg of Bumpers Training Black, all laid on 12sqm of the tested 50mm rubberized floor in the high-density ELITE version with the 2-meter non-slip wooden platform.

Power Rack PRO complete with all available optionals: from the multi-grip bar to the dip station, upper and lower rubber band hooks, rack for plates/barbells and a Lat Machine with high and low output with a functioning that's so fluid it distinguisheds itself from the other products on the market.

Extreme Set adds the roller to perform the one-legged Bulgarian squats and is also useful for stretching, the safety straps inside the RIG and the Safety Arms that can be used both inside and outside the Rack; double landmine included: ideal for both traction exercises and space movements to strengthen the core and shoulders.

The basic structure is generously sized, stable and safe; the support feet are made of plastic and are designed for ground fixing. The heart of the PRO Power Rack includes the sturdy pull-up bar and the barbell hooks coated in high density nylon support your barbell while preserving its knurling; vertical supports to store up to two Olympic bars (50mm) complete the standard equipment.

We didn't save money for our Lat Machine (included).

The Lat Machine module of the PRO-Power Rack includes the 95 Kg weight pack with gradual increase and the low cable output, useful for performing low Pulleys or other complementary exercises such as Arm Curl. Aluminum pulleys and the sliding on self-lubricating bushes ensure exceptionally smooth movements even with high loads. The additional load pins with a 50mm diameter allow you to add Olympic micro-loads (not included) to obtain the desired load increases. Knee padding included (adjustable).
